Global Citizenship Financial Advisory Firm Arton Capital Releases Latest Passport Index for Q1 2024

As the world enters another year, global citizenship financial advisory firm Arton Capital has issued the latest passport index for the first quarter of 2024, ranking the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as the country with the most powerful passport.

With a mobility score of 180, the UAE has maintained its position at the top of the list of the most powerful travel documents.

Citizens with a UAE passport can travel to 130 countries without a prior visa and to 50 countries with a visa required on arrival.

according to Gulf todayArton Capital commented that the UAE’s positive diplomacy has contributed significantly to strengthening its passport.

The second position on the list is occupied by several countries, including Germany, Spain, France, Italy and the Netherlands, with mobility score or ability to enter 178 countries.

Meanwhile, Sweden, Finland, Luxembourg, Austria and Switzerland with the capacity to enter 177 countries.

Pakistan, on the other hand, has secured its place among the countries at the bottom of this list.

With a mobility score of 47, the Pakistani passport is the fifth least powerful travel document in the world. People with a Pakistani passport can enter visa-free only 11 countries in the world.
