Princess Catherine's cancer treatment is over, and so is her time working entirely from home.
The 42-year-old British royal met at Windsor Castle on Tuesday to discuss her early childhood project, according to the Court Circular, which lists royal engagements. There are no details or photographs of the meeting, but she is believed to have been accompanied by her wife. Early Childhood Center members of the Kensington Palace team and staff, the Telegraph reported.
It is the princess's first official engagement since completing adjuvant chemotherapy for an undisclosed form of cancer.
“I cannot express to you the relief I feel at having finally completed my chemotherapy treatment,” the princess wrote earlier this month on unknown“The last nine months have been incredibly hard on us as a family. Life as we know it can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate turbulent waters and uncharted paths.”
The announcement was accompanied by cinematic footage of the royal family, shot last month by London-based filmmaker Will Warr while they were in Norfolk, Kensington Palace said.
Princess Catherine added in her post that she is focused on “staying[ing] “He is cancer-free” and although his chemotherapy regimen has ended, “my road to healing and full recovery is long and I must continue to live each day as it comes.” Still, he said he hoped to “get back to work and take on some more public engagements in the coming months when I am able.”
After undergoing abdominal surgery in January, the princess went on to run her early childhood centre, which aims to improve the lives of babies and toddlers, “from home”. The Times previously reported.
Throughout the months of her cancer treatment, the princess continued to make rare public appearances and Wait for authorization from his medical team to resume his public duties. The treatment began in February and was officially announced after much public speculation about his whereabouts.

Princess Catherine, who married into the British royal family in 2011last appeared at a public event on August 25, 2023, when attended religious services near Balmoral Castle in Scotland with William, King Charles III and Queen Camilla. William resumed public duties last week after taking the summer off and missing some major events earlier this year due to his wife and father's cancer diagnosis. He, Catherine and their daughter Charlotte are among the highlights made a rare public appearance in the Wimbledon final in July, and he and Catherine took part in a social media video congratulating British Olympians after the Paris Games.
