Jill Biden lashes out at journalists for questioning her husband's re-election pledge

US First Lady Jill Biden on Monday criticized reporters for raising questions about her husband, President Joe Biden, amid the Nov. 5 election following his failure in the debate against former President Donald Trump.

According to a video captured by prominent video journalist JM Rieger, a reporter asked Jill about the 81-year-old president's possible withdrawal from the presidential race as she was leaving a coffee shop.

In response, the first lady apparently became angry and criticized reporters for yelling.

“Don't shout at me, let me talk,” he said. “Why are you shouting at me? You know me.”

Following Biden's disastrous performance in the presidential debate against former US President Trump, his Democratic colleagues are urging him to withdraw from the upcoming November elections.

“As Commander in Chief, President Biden wakes up every morning ready to get to work for you. That's what this election is all about. You. Despite all the talk about this race, Joe has made it clear that he is fully committed,” Jill said during her event in North Carolina.
