Thieves use SUVs to steal ATMs in the Brazh of the city center.

Los Angeles Police are looking for two men who stole an ATM in full daylight on Thursday.

A security camera recorded the robbery, which occurred near calendula dresses in Olympic Boulevard and Santee Street, according to Ktla.

“A white SUV operated by a masked individual and a posterior masking passenger took the vehicle on a sidewalk in front of a business and stole an ATM in broad daylight approximately an hour ago,” the LAPD said in a position on social networks.

Zoila Barrales, the store owner, told KTLA that customers observed how men backed their vehicle on the sidewalk next to the store.

“We had customers. There was a family here with a girl,” he said. “My employees told them: 'Enter'. Then they put all the clients who were here inside the adjustment rooms because it is never known.”

The incident video showed a man dressed in black with a black mask in the store after the SUV re -enters, then re -enters the vehicle and leaves moments later.

Given the recent wave of vandalism that hit the center of the protests and ongoing immigration raids, the incident has further frayed, Barrales said.

“With everything that is happening, honestly, this only adds a little more to the fear that people have at this time,” he told Ktla.

Detectives seek any evidence to help identify suspects.

“Any person with cell phone video or surveillance video should call theft detectives of the central division,” said the publication of social networks of the department.
