LA Asada refers to all the outdoor grilling that happens in backyards, beaches, and city parks during the summer. The days are filled with family, friends, music, cold drinks, smoke, and spices. Of course, LA Asada Backyard Grill Seasoning, a collaborative spice blend between LA Times Food and Burlap & Barrel, is fantastic as a seasoning for any meat you want to grill: steaks, chicken, pork, lamb.
