Kate Winslet has responded to criticism about her “wrinkles” and explained why she refuses to erase any lines on her face.

“I think people know that it's not good to say, 'Maybe you want to do something about those wrinkles,'” she said in a new interview with Harper's Bazaar.
“I feel more comfortable with myself as the years go by. It allows me to let other people’s opinions evaporate.”

“My mother never did it. She was always like, ‘Oh my God, I don’t think I can wear this. Do I look like a hippie? Does my bum look big?’ We waste so much time getting discouraged and I’m never going to do it again.”
Winslet had previously vowed that she would “never give in” to pressure to cosmetically enhance her face. In 2011, she said she did not want to “freeze the expression” of her face, according to AB C.
She has criticized weight loss trends, including Ozempic, which she called “terrible.”
