Demi Moore gave an update on her ex-husband Bruce Willis' health, while she and fellow actress Drew Barrymore reflected on their first encounters with the action star.
Moore, 61, shares three daughters with Willis, who was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD) last year.
Willis and Moore met at the premiere of the action-comedy film. ReplanteoThey married in 1987 after a whirlwind four-month romance, before announcing their separation in 1998 due to “irreconcilable differences.”
In an episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, The presenter recalled filming with Willis on the set of Charlie's Angels in 2003.
“When we did it Charlie's Angels“Bruce came and played, and he opened the movie, and we got to work with him,” Barrymore recalled.
Moore, who also starred in the film, said: “I completely forgot about that.”
They recalled meeting Willis from their time as a bartender at New York's Café Central. Barrymore then asked Moore what the Die Hard The actor was doing this now.
“I think he's doing, you know, given the circumstances, he's in a stable place.” The substance star explained.
“What I tell my kids is to meet them where they are. Don’t hold on to who they were or what you want them to be, but hold on to who they are right now.”

In March 2022, it was first revealed that Bruce Willis had been diagnosed with aphasia, a language disorder caused by brain damage that can lead to difficulties understanding, speaking, reading or writing.
Last year, her daughter Rumer provided an update explaining that she had received a “more specific” diagnosis of frontotemporal dementia (FTD), a “rare and aggressive” form of the disease.
FTD is an umbrella term for a group of dementias that primarily affect the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain, which are responsible for aspects such as personality, behaviour, language and speech, according to Dementia UK.
Earlier this year, Moore shared an emotional tribute to her children's father on his 69th birthday.
Moore shared three photos, showing the couple chatting on the couch, Willis playing with his granddaughter and an old photo of him with his three daughters.
She captioned the post with the message: “Happy birthday, BW! We love you and are so thankful for you.”
