Sean 'Diddy' Combs issued by another victim for death threat before sexual abuse.
The rapper, currently serving time in prison, has flown under the radar once again after a victim, the pseudonym Jane Doe, filed a lawsuit in a New York court on Wednesday.
The victim is suing Combs for unspecified damages, noting in the documents: “Before leaving for the party, Ms. Doe had met [Combs] at the photo shoot. [Combs] He told Ms. Doe and her friend that they should go to their hotel first for a more exclusive party. “Ms. Doe and her friend agreed and a member of Combs' entourage took them to a Manhattan-area Marriott hotel.”
The document goes on to state: “[Combs] He continued to gradually become more aggressive towards the two women and eventually began forcibly touching them without consent. When they resisted, [Combs] He ordered Ms. Doe's friend to perform oral sex on her or else he would kill them both. Ms. Doe's friend obeyed while Ms. Doe pleaded with her. [Combs] to allow them to leave. “He didn't agree.”
