Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez reportedly took a break after facing communication issues and disagreements over finances and parenting.

A source close to the situation revealed that Affleck and JLo's decision to spend time apart was mutual in order to overcome their differences.
Speaking of the duo, who tied the knot in 2022, nearly two decades after calling off their first engagement, the source said: “They are taking some space to determine if the relationship is right for both of them.”
“It's been vetted,” the source added, noting that Lopez and Affleck are “two completely different pages most of the time.” The honeymoon phase has passed.”
According to the source, the main problem between the couple is their inability to effectively communicate their differences, which has led to them having “major arguments.”
