The Princess of Wales's uncle, Gary Goldsmith, recalled the first time he met Prince William and shared the question the Prince of Wales asked him.

Goldsmith has joined Celebrity Big Brother as a contestant, where she talked about her niece Kate Middleton and her husband Prince William.

“I am Gary Goldsmith, the uncle of the future queen of our country. Catherine is the current Princess of Wales. She is just perfect,” he said in a short clip from the show.

She added: “The first time I met William, Catherine was cooking and William said, 'Hello, would you like a cup of tea?'”

Speaking about himself and why he joined the show, he noted that he loves “getting people hooked, it's probably [his] favorite hobby and an absolute nightmare to live with.”

Goldsmith previously defended Kate when she was named as a royal concerned about Prince Archie's skin color in the leaked version of Omid Scobie's Endgame.

He said Sun, “She is beautiful on the outside, but more beautiful on the inside and she really is a loving mother.”

“That's why I got so upset with Harry and Meghan, because they don't put a stick in that speech and reinvent the story. I was quite upset when they yelled at my beautiful niece that she couldn't say anything for herself,” she added.

“Kate is not 100 percent racist,” he promised.
