Party prince Harry is an 'extremely powerful asset' to the royals, expert reveals

Prince Harry's past glory is being recalled by a royal expert.

The Duke of Sussex, who is no longer a working royal following his departure from the UK, was widely popular for his vivacious personality.

Royal correspondent Sarah Hewson told The Sun's royal editor Matt Wilkinson: “Prince Harry was one of, if not the most popular member of the royal family because of his ability to relate to people.”

“He was seen as someone you could relate to. Yes, there were headlines about the 'Party Prince' and all that… it was part of his charm, his ability to communicate with people.

“She was an extremely powerful force within the Royal Family because of that gift of reaching out to people that others couldn't and she had her mother's touch in that respect.”

Sarah continued: “He was honouring his mother's legacy. He was surrounded by army colleagues who were building a centre for disabled children in this small African kingdom.

“He worked with children, everything that gave him joy. He was free. He was alive.”

He continued: “I think it’s really sad to see how things have changed.”
