In the midst of the release of season 3, Jess Brownell, who is the showrunner of the hit English show, appeared for a candid chat with hollywood reporter.
During this conversation, she discussed her future plans for the premise and put together a “map” of where the story will lead “over the next few seasons.”
When asked to talk about season 4 of BridgertonJess revealed: “Well, if we last as long as I hope, I have a map in my head of where I'd like to go in the next few seasons.”
He also explained that “it is important that we are aware of this 'map' so that we do not consume too much story and so that we can properly navigate the characters' journeys.”
“I can't say exactly where we're going yet, but we're halfway through season four and I'm so excited to eventually share what we're working on,” she teased before dropping the topic. .
