Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are apparently trying to steal Kate Middleton's thunder with counter-campaigns.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's latest attempt to sabotage Kate's popularity came hours after the Princess of Wales announced she had finished chemotherapy. The couple were quick to release the trailer for their upcoming Netflix series.
Speaking about the Sussexes' decision, royal expert Kinsey Schofield told GB News: “I understand why a lot of people feel that way because we've seen Harry and Meghan's one-upmanship in the past, such as when the Princess of Wales announced she would be attending Trooping the Colour and one of Meghan's friends posted her dog biscuits on social media.”
She added: “There are specific examples where it seems like Harry and Meghan are trying to steal the show, it’s unfortunate. It’s especially unfortunate when it’s such a beautiful video.”
Prince Harry left the royal family in 2020 along with his wife Meghan Markle and their son, Prince Archie. The couple subsequently accused the royal family of displaying racism towards their son and publicly shared their grievances on television. Harry and Meghan now live in California, where they also welcomed their daughter, Princess Lilibet.
