It's only natural that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who had an embarrassing fallout with Spotify, would feel ashamed, an expert says.
Speaking to GB News about the surprise, royal commentator Gareth Russell said: “I don't think it was unnatural for the Sussexes and their team to feel embarrassed by the high profile and publicity criticism that their Spotify era garnered and the comments that were made personally about their work ethic by people who had worked with them.
It would be perfectly understandable if they felt embarrassed about it or were delaying things.
He then suggested: “However, it could also be that they are doing a tactical rethinking about what messages and what content they put out into the world.
“We know that they have recruited a new team of public relations and advertising experts,” the expert said.
