Josh Hartnett is officially a Swiftie and it's his daughters who get the credit.
In the 46-year-old actor's latest thriller, TrapHartnett plays the character of a father who takes his daughter to a big concert that bears an intentional similarity to one of Taylor Swift's shows.
However the Pearl Harbor star revealed to PEOPLE magazine that had never been to a Taylor Swift concert until after filming Trap, bringing their daughters to the Tour of the ages stop in London.
“I became very knowledgeable after the movie, but before that I didn't really know,” Hartnett told the outlet of Swift's fandom, adding, “Some things, while we were filming, I was like, 'God, this is a little over the top. The amount of fervor in the audience, and they know every word. ' Then I went to the concert. I was like, no, that's exactly right.”
“The problem is that my kids weren't that into pop music last year when we were filming… [Trap],” he said.
Hartnett continued: “Then when they heard the Eras Tour was coming up because their friends at school were into the concept, they immediately became Swifties, and really hardcore Swifties.”
