Amid his ongoing divorce proceedings, Joe Jonas is reportedly referencing his breakup with ex Sophie Turner in an untitled new song.
Sharing the preview of the song on TikTok, the 34-year-old opened up about his feelings after the split.
“Come on Joe, you've got so much more to be grateful for / Stop being sad 'cause you're making the room uncomfortable,” he lip-synced in a clip he captioned, “Even the bad guys get sad.”
“It's okay, I get it, I know you feel so miserable / Sometimes I wish I had powers to be invisible.”
Since separating, the couple has faced the issue of custody and the music video that appears eight months after filing for divorce gave insight into how these issues affected Joe.
In a shared statement, the former couple announced their separation saying, “after four wonderful years of marriage, we have mutually decided to end our marriage amicably.”
They continued, “There are many speculative narratives as to why, but truly, this is a united decision, and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our privacy wishes for ourselves and our children.”
