Jennifer Aniston's personal trainer has revealed the secret behind the 55-year-old star's incredible body.
Speaking to Dani Coleman, Jennifer Aniston's Pvolve trainer candidly shared the hour-long workout routine of the Friends star, in his interview with Page six.
“Jen is very consistent in her training,” the training director said.
“[During] “My time with her, she wants a hard, challenging workout,” he shared, “We do a lot of core work.”
“We really focus on that full 360-degree core strength, again, to keep the body upright and moving over the long term. [There are] “Some cardio in between and some light plyometric work,” he added.
The training focuses on “strengthening and sculpting, sculpting and fat burning, and progressive weight training.”
Meanwhile, the fitness instructor explained: “Our workout formats are kind of a hybrid of all our signature formats.”
“Then we also do some weight lifting to help her build muscle mass and bone density, and really focus on the longevity of her body.”
He continued: “Towards the end, it’s always nice to cool off a bit.”
However, in the next session they used Aniston's favorite, the “P.band,” and shared, “Sometimes we use a foam roller or our massage balls, [and] “That P. ball to do some myofascial release.”
“They always say, ‘Sweat, not your body,’” he continued.
“She comes in and we get to work straight away. She puts her phone aside and when we are working together, it’s just about her,” she concluded.
