Dan Reynolds is apparently a very responsible father, who does not like to impose his opinions on his children.

The musician of Imagine Dragons I recently sat down to confess with People Magazinein which he addressed a wide variety of different topics.

In this chat, the Demons The singer also reflected on his role as a father. For those who don't know, Dan shares a brood of four children with his ex-wife Aja Volkman.

After stating that he had a “complicated” relationship with his birth religion, Mormons, Dan declared that his children are free to follow their “truth.”

“My biggest goal every day is not to manipulate my children. I don’t really want to try to tell them what their spiritual path should be,” she said.

She continued: “I give them my opinion and obviously I try to protect them and take care of them, while also making sure that they have the freedom and ability to choose what they want.”

Later in this chat, he talked about his band's Loom world tour, which is scheduled to kick off on July 30.

She said: “I think this is going to be our best record to play live. It’s got a lot of groove, a lot of different emotions,” adding: “We’re already rehearsing for this tour and I know we’ve been doing this for so long that I’m like, ‘Oh, this is going to be a party, but it’s also going to be cathartic. ’”

To conclude the conversation, he commented: “It's going to be sad in the right way, heavy in the right way.”
