Halle Berry and her ex-husband Olivier Martinez are back in court just months after finalizing a divorce settlement covering child custody and support.

It is worth mentioning that Halle filed for divorce in 2015 and the couple signed a prenuptial agreement.
However, the case dragged on for nearly a decade as Halle and Olivier were unable to resolve child support and custody issues, the outlet reported.
Under the final agreement, the parties agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of Maceo.
The agreement provided that both parents had input into their son's schooling, enrollment in extracurricular activities and medical decisions.
Additionally, the exes agreed to participate in individual and family therapy.
According to the publication, the actress agreed to pay Maceo's school fees while he is in a private school.
The agreement further stated: “Neither party will speak in a negative, disrespectful or derogatory manner about the other party in the public arena or on social media.”
As In touch As previously reported, Halle was censured in her request for the court to issue emergency injunctions last week as she accused Olivier of violating their agreement by skipping therapy sessions they agreed to attend.
Olivier's legal team responded by claiming that “Halle has consistently attempted to harass and pressure Oliver into 'submission' using her wealth and the legal professionals at her disposal.”
According to the outlet's reports, the judge denied Halle's emergency motion and a couple of days later, Halle demanded sole legal custody of Olivier.
