Ronaldo is working on his preparation for the reunion with his eternal rival Lionel Messi on February 1.
Al-Nassr's Cristiano Ronaldo missed his long-time partner Georgina Rodriguez's 30th birthday in the Maldives as he was 2,300 miles away in Saudi Arabia. Goal reported.
Rodriguez officially hit the big 3-0 on Jan. 27 and shared photos of his beach getaway on Instagram, revealing that he took a private jet to the island in the north-central Indian Ocean to celebrate in luxury.
However, model and businesswoman football boo Ronaldo was forced to stay in the Middle East after Al-Nassr canceled a two-match tour of China.
Those matches were postponed because the five-time Ballon d'Or winner suffered an early injury and would not have been able to participate in the games.
However, the Portuguese superstar joined Rodríguez on their special evening via FaceTime with their daughter, Bella Esmeralda, whom the couple welcomed on April 18, 2022.
Apparently, Ronaldo gave a huge bouquet of roses to Rodriguez in the Maldives.
The 38-year-old professional footballer is working to improve his fitness in Saudi Arabia.
Ronaldo is caught in a race against time to compete for a reunion with his eternal rival, Argentine soccer player Lionel Messi, on February 1, while Al-Nassr prepares to face Inter Miami of Major League Soccer.
