Channing Tatum shared his moment of awe with Hugh Jackman.
While talking to The Daily TelegraphThe 44-year-old actor, who plays Gambit in the film starring Jackman Deadpool and Wolverinerevealed that working with the 55-year-old actor was an “existential experience.”
Tatum admitted to having “lost his mind” when he began working with Hugh, who plays Wolverine in the third MCU installment.
“This is nothing against Wesley (Snipes), because he really is the Godfather,” said the actor, praising Hugh because the latter “will always be his Marvel daddy.”
“There will never be another Wolverine for me,” he said. Blink twice The actor said, adding: “I had a complete existential experience just watching and Wolverine was standing next to me.”
“I was going crazy, I was losing my mind and the fact that he’s so classy and he’s so good at what he does, and he still cares, man.”
He added that when Hugh finally decides to retire as Wolverine, “there will be no one who can top him.”

Reynolds recalled meeting his Deadpool 3 co-star in 2007 and “how he treated every member of the crew with genuine respect and appreciation.”
Reynolds called Jackman “thoughtful” and “classy,” admitting that “he (Hugh) would do anything for someone he loves.”
