Biden Mocks Trump, Cruz at Fundraiser, Calls Them 'Losers'

US President Joe Biden at a fundraising rally mocked Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and Senator Ted Cruz, calling them both “losers.”

Biden, 81, mocked Trump, 77, with debt and how he can't raise money. daily mail reported.

Addressing the rally on Wednesday, he shared that his campaign was able to raise $53 million in the month of February, while the Trump campaign reported that they raised $10.9 million in February.

During the Dallas fundraiser, which was the first of two fundraisers in Texas, Biden announced that he had raised $2.5 million for his re-election campaign.

Speaking of candidates, he urged donors to support Colin Allred against Cruz.

He said: “You have to elect Colin as your next senator, so Ted Cruz joins another loser, Donald Trump.”

Additionally, he mocked the former president before a crowd of about 100 people for his “crushing debt.”

“Just the other day, this defeated-looking man came up to me and said, 'Mr. President, I need your help. I'm in a lot of debt. I'm completely destroyed.'”

Sharing how he responded to his rival, Biden said, “Donald, I'm sorry. I can't help you,” drawing laughter from the crowd.

He also joked about his age: “I'm 41,” adding that “it's about the age of our ideals.”

The president also criticized his opponent for problems at the border regarding Texas immigration law, which allows state police to arrest and deport anyone suspected of entering the country illegally.

He said: “Trump not only brought chaos to Americans. He also brought chaos to the American border.”
