Anti-monarchy group Republic has urged King Charles to break his silence after fresh allegations emerged against his brother Prince Andrew.

On X, formerly Twitter, Republic CEO Graham Smith shared bbc report titled: “Prince Andrew Faces Allegations Over Unsealed US Court Documents About Jeffrey Epstein.”

The report claims that Prince Andrew is no longer a royal and, as such, Buckingham Palace is not commenting on his behalf.

Reacting to this, Smith claimed: “He is still part of the family and Charles helped pay off his accuser to the tune of £12 million.”

He further said: “As Republic said today, Charles and the government should respond to the Andrew scandal and answer questions.”

Previously, Republic stated: “BREAKING NEWS: We just reported Andrew to the police.

“With the release of Epstein’s court documents, new details of the sexual assault and rape allegations against Andrew have been revealed. “It is time for the Metropolitan Police to act.”
