Millennium Hotels and Resorts has opened The Biltmore Hotel Villas in Dubai. The property, which comprises a collection of 20 luxurious five-star hotel villas, is located near the Mall of the Emirates.
It is the first Biltmore Hotel Villas project in the world. Property options include three-bedroom villas, ideal for smaller groups or families, while four-bedroom villas offer additional space for larger groups.
There are also two five-bedroom villas where guests will have access to a rooftop area that could be used for meetings and entertaining. Additionally, one of these villas has a grand piano in the entrance hall, while the other has a pool table. Both five-bedroom villas also offer a fully equipped kitchen where meals can be prepared by a private chef or dedicated staff.
Each villa at this hotel is equipped with amenities including a private pool, terrace, hot tub, and movie theater. In addition, there are private parking spaces in the basement.
Guests at The Biltmore Hotel Villas can avail of a variety of typical hotel services, including 24/7 security monitoring, room service, front desk assistance, premium concierge services, housekeeping and the option of a dedicated butler and private chef also upon request. .
The Biltmore Hotel Villas has two restaurants, including the Brasserie, which overlooks a courtyard and water feature, and the Alps, which is an all-day dining venue. It also has a spa, Coya and gym.

Millennium Hotels signs independent branded residences project in Dubai
Last year, Millennium signed a deal with UAE-based GJ Real Estate to develop The Biltmore Sufouh Residences in Dubai. Located on the emirate's arterial Sheikh Zayed Road, adjacent to the Al Sufouh community, The Biltmore Sufouh Residences will have views of the coast, Burj Al Arab and Palm Jumeirah. Scheduled to open in 2025, the 44-story development will include 408 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences.
