Here we have a nice and timely Strands riddle, given that the Paris 2024 Olympics officially begin today. It's an easy one, too, as the themed clue “Go for the gold” pretty obviously points to the OLYMPICS as a spangram and ARCHERY and SWIMMING as answers. And yes, GOLF is in there too; it's an Olympic sport this year.
Interestingly, technically TRACK shouldn't be included, because it's called “athletics” in the rest of the world, even in official Olympic listings, but we'll let that slide…
