Alogic has announced Clarity Touch 5K, a 27-inch studio-quality display that also doubles as a decluttering hub for workspaces by connecting to workstations with a single cable.
The 27-inch QD-backlit IPS display offers an impressive 5120 x 2880 resolution, the same as Apple's Studio Display but with integrated touch functionality. It offers brightness levels ranging from 350 nits (minimum) to 400 nits (typical), providing vibrant and accurate images. color reproduction and supports pen input and 10-point multi-touch for precision work.
The color accuracy of the new display is remarkable, with coverage of 130% NTSC, 97% DCI-P3, 100% sRGB, and 99% Adobe RGB. This level of precision is crucial for professional applications that require exact color matching.

The Clarity Touch 5K's design features a sleek combination of ABS, glass and aluminum, weighs 7.6kg and measures 624mm x 225mm x 555mm. It is compatible with VESA mount and includes two integrated 5W speakers and an audio output option.
The new display comes with multiple connectivity options, including USB-C for video (DP Alt mode required) and 65W laptop charging, two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4, two USB-A ports (5 Gbps, 7.5W charging for accessories), a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB-B port for connecting your computer to USB-A and audio ports.
The 5K monitor is compatible with Apple, Chromebook, and Microsoft devices and comes with a two-year warranty. There's no word on pricing or availability yet, but the 27-inch Clarity Pro Touch 4K sells for $1,398.99, so a reasonable estimate for the 5K version would be around $1,800.
