The next role-playing game (RPG) Greedfall 2: The Dying World It is scheduled to launch in early access on PC on September 24th this year.
The game, which was first announced in March, was originally planned for a summer release. As well as revealing a new trailer with the release date, publisher Nacon and developer Spiders Studio have confirmed that a new gameplay video will be coming next month.
Then, in November, just before Early Access launches, a community livestream will be held, which will also reveal new information about the game in addition to an updated roadmap.

Last month, I tried out a preview build of the game and was very impressed with everything I'd seen so far. Set on the fictional island of Teer Fradee, Fall of Greed 2 The story takes place three years before the start of the first game. It offers a fresh perspective on its colonial fantasy world, as you play as one of the island's oppressed natives rather than a representative of one of its major powers.
I enjoyed the beautiful visuals, especially the lush nature on display, though I found the real-time strategy combat could get a little too chaotic at times.
The Early Access period will allow you to experience for yourself the first chapter of the main quest, which involves visiting the regions of Teer Fradee, Thynia, and Uxantis. You will also be able to meet some of the companions who will accompany you for the rest of the game.
While the Early Access release will be available exclusively for PC via Steam, the final version of Greedfall 2: The Dying World It will also be coming to Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PlayStation 5.
