Inspired by the travel diaries of Maharaja Jagatjit Singh of Kapurthala, the collection exudes regal sophistication using eco-friendly R|Elan fabrics. 'Char', this season's theme, evokes travel attire and modern heritage.
JJV. Kapurthala by JJ Valaya is the epitome of royal sophistication intertwined with contemporary wanderlust. Inspired by the travel accounts of the illustrious Maharaja Jagatjit Singh of Kapurthala, JJV is a tribute to a bygone era of opulence and global influences blended into a modern statement. Delving into the Maharaja's personal diaries and rare photographs, JJV intricately weaves narratives of a visionary ruler who transcended borders, unifying cultures in an exquisite symphony of elegance and grace. The bridge to luxury collection targets the discerning traveler who believes in celebrating in style, albeit without the burden of heavy embellishments, the company said in a press release.
In collaboration with R|Elan, JJV adopts eco-friendly fabrics such as R|Elan GreenGold, made from recycled PET bottles, and innovative technologies such as R|Elan Kooltex, which ensure style and sustainability. From reducing textile waste to improving garment performance, JJV seamlessly integrates ethical practices into its design ethos.
This season's collection from JJVKapurthala called 'Char' encompasses the evergreen spirit of travel occasion wear, which also defines the core of the brand's ideology.
