England, France and the Netherlands have qualified for the last 16 of Euro 2024, with Albania's 1-0 defeat to Spain on Monday confirming their places.
None of the three nations played on Monday, but Albania's result means the four points they have each earned from their first two group matches ensure they cannot finish outside the third-place spots as they advance to the playoffs.
England earned a narrow victory over Serbia in their opening Group C match but drew against Denmark on Thursday, while France and the Netherlands each won their opening matches before drawing 0-0 on Friday.
Spain had already qualified for the round of 16 and took the lead in the 13th minute when Dani Olmo passed the ball to Ferran Torres, who fired a sumptuous low shot at the far post.
Spain dominated the game and Torres, Mikel Merino and Joselu came close to scoring. Albania showed determination throughout and fought desperately for a goal, with Kristjan Asllani and substitute Armando Broja forcing goalkeeper David Raya to make saves down the stretch.
Albania's defeat means they go home, while Spain moves to the top of Group B.
