Heat wave that brings toasted temperatures south of California

It is time to break fans and frozen treats while a hot spell in the middle of the week is directed to southern California with temperatures up to 10 degrees above the normal expected in the entire region on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The worst of the heat of the Los Angeles County for the valleys of San Fernando, Antelope and Santa Clarita, where temperatures are expected in the 90s and potentially pushing the triple digits, according to the National Meteorological Service are forecast.
