Dr. Gabrielle Lyon has the mission of drawing attention to the importance of force. The “skeletal muscle” is the “focal point” of health and well -being, said Dr. Lyon during an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital.

Dr. Lyon is a doctor certified by the best selling Board and author of “Forever Strong”, and promotes the importance of a diet and a high protein resistance training through social networks and in her podcast, “Dr. Gabrielle Lyon's show.”

Dr. Lyon is a doctor trained in scholarships and made additional education about nutrition when she completed a postdoc at the University of Washington in Saint Louis, “a nutritional science combined with geriatric training.”

The doctor rejects Vanity Fair's protein-magnum connection, saying that health “does not have a political belief”

Dr. Lyon explained that she was frustrated with the wrong online information, especially around the protein, which caused her mission.

“I opened my Instagram and there were people who talked about how red meat was causing cancer and killing the planet. And as someone who has studied the metabolism of proteins for years and also worked as a doctor in the bed of individuals and in elderly homes, I knew that the message they were giving was … is a life or death.”

As a result, he felt a “responsibility” to start his medical podcast, “the Dr. Gabrielle Lyon” program, where he analyzes a variety of health issues with experts.

“My desire is having transparent conversations with world -class experts. They are really doing the job of moving science. They are not influential. They are qualified professionals and that is what we need to hear more,” said Dr. Lyon.

Dr. Lyon argued that there is a “global distrust” of medical care suppliers and science, and hopes to improve that through the conversations he has in his podcast.

“We have to bring him back to science,” said Dr. Lyon about the importance of having experts in her program. “There are many good scientists here and there is a lot of good science. People just have to learn to integrate that and understand it.”

Dr. Lyon believes that force is the key to longevity.

“If you want to live a lot, be strong. If you want to die early, you plan to be weak,” he said.

Dr. Lyon describes the muscle as “the organ of longevity”, and to maintain the muscle, it must be trained through resistance training.

“We don't have a problem of obesity. What we really have is a muscular problem,” said Dr. Lyon.

In addition, she said that muscle is not a luxury, but rather a responsibility, and concluded that the way we get old is “for us.”

How to improve your chances of living at 100? The secret is being strong, according to Dr. Lyon.

“The weakness kills,” he said. “Physical and mental weakness”.
