Sonu Sood's workout regime: How discipline trumps diet

There is no doubt that Sonu Sood is one of the fittest actors in Bollywood. His journey in the fitness world has inspired many. In a recent interview, the actor shared his insights into his fitness regime, giving fans a deeper insight into his disciplined life. He also dispelled common myths about diets for fitness. “People often have a misconception that you need to have a meat-rich diet to have a great physique, but I have learnt that it is more about following a disciplined diet rather than eating seeds or indulging in junk food,” he said. The actor emphasised that it is not just about what you eat but also how much and in what proportions.
Despite his busy schedule, Sood never skips a workout as he considers it a vital discipline in his life. He also advocates staying active throughout the day. “Even at times like when I’m watching TV, I find ways to keep moving with sit-ups, push-ups and squats. These simple activities help me stay alert and reinforce the importance of being active and healthy,” he added.
The actor is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming film, 'Fateh', in which he is the lead actor, writer, director and producer. The film, which revolves around the concept of cybercrime and its growing threat to India, stars Naseeruddin Shah and Jacqueline Fernandez.
