Saif Ali Khan's white dhoti designed by Abhishek Roy has left his fans talking.

Saif Ali Khan wore a red silk kurta which he paired with a white dhoti at the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations held at the Ambani residence.

Bollywood's biggest names dressed up in their best outfits for the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations held yesterday at the Ambani residence, Antilia. Among the celebrities who graced the event with their presence was Bollywood's most loved couple – Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. The couple stunned their fans in their matching traditional outfits, but it was Saif's dhoti look that got the internet talking.

Saif Ali Khan opted for a traditional red kurta that had a horizontal golden border on both sides. It also featured fine horizontal golden embroidery on the chest and a traditional paisley motif on the arms. The red silk kurta was from his label, House Of Pataudi. But what took his traditional look to the next level was his white dhoti, which was draped to perfection. Abhishek Roy’s white dhoti was pleated in Bengali style. He completed the look with a beige mojri and his hair tied in a sleek ponytail.

Saif’s look is a masterclass in how men can get their traditional attire right this festive season. The tightly pleated dhotis exude a sense of royalty, charm and timelessness.

The actor was accompanied in great fashion by his wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan, who is known for always getting her traditional attire right. Kareena opted for a red salwar suit by Sabyasachi. The suit had golden threads on the collar and hem. She paired the long kurta with a churidar and a red bandhani-print dupatta. She completed her look with golden heels, heavy chandelier earrings, a golden clutch by Sabyasachi and a neatly tied bun.

The couple is always known for being on top of fashion at every event. This look serves as perfect inspiration for the upcoming festive season.
