Embracing his Indian heritage, Sahil seeks to incorporate traditional Indian traits into his clothing.
Known for her bold fashion statements, Sahil Salathia is set to make waves during New York Fashion Week, representing Indian designers Siddartha Tytler and Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla.
Actor Sahil Salathia is known to turn heads with his quirky fashion sense. The actor is known for his bold and daring style, and he has the opportunity to make that statement on a global level while attending New York Fashion Week in the US. While there, he proudly represents and promotes brands and Indian designers.
New York Fashion Week will be held between February 9 and 14 and Sahil will be attending many A-list shows while he is there. Excited about the same, he shares, “I am very excited to see the Indian designers who are on board, including Bibhu Mohapatra and Naeem Khan. Even Coach and Michael Kors are showing this season among many other designers and I am excited to see all the creativity.”
The actor will wear outfits from designers such as Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, Siddartha Tytler and Puneet Kapoor, among others, to promote Indian culture. Sahil says, “I am wearing a lot of Indian designers because I wanted to bring that culture that I carry with me to an international platform like this.”
Sahil will begin his time at NYFW in an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla jumpsuit. Talking about the same, the actor shares, “They understand my style best and I feel like they are one of the leading designers in India, so they were the best bet for me. The jumpsuit has a lot of Indian jewelry, so they will be very eye-catching and culturally strong when talking about India as an incredible country.”
Sahil's style and fashion sense have always been the talk of the town and it is a proud moment for every Indian to see the fashion icon taking the country's tradition to a global platform like NYFW. On the work front, the actor was last seen in the horror series Adhura in 2023. Next, he has some very interesting projects in the pipeline, which will be officially announced soon.
