Malaika Arora shows off her fashion side in Melbourne

Malaika Arora travelled to Melbourne a few days ago to attend the Indian Film Festival Melbourne (IFFM) 2024. She has been documenting her time in Australia on Instagram. In one of her posts shared on a photo-sharing app, the diva is seen sporting two outfits on the first day of the festival. In the caption of the post, she wrote, “Hello Melbourne. Day 1 #iffm @iffmelbourne.”

In the first few photos, Malaika Arora gave us a glimpse of her time exploring Melbourne with Karan Johar, Kartik Aaryan, Lakshya Lalwani, Kabir Khan, and more. For her casual day out, Malaika chose an OOTD that was a perfect blend of chic elements and comfortable style. Her outfit comprised a blazer and a tan-hued tweed skirt. If we take a closer look at her blazer, we notice an oversized fit, notched lapels, long, sophisticated sleeves, padded shoulders, an open front, and curved hems for a boardroom vibe with a mix of pretty girl vibes. Her pleated mini skirt came with a low-rise waistline that she accentuated with a black leather belt.

To complete the look, Malaika Arora sported a cropped black sweater underneath the blazer. The sweater featured a ribbed design, a high neckline, and a short hem that bared her midriff. The red handbag added a luxurious touch to it. She completed her look with a pair of black leather knee-high boots that added a chic appeal to her overall look. She made sure to keep it glamorous with minimal makeup and a messy low bun, thus nailing everything she was aiming for fashion-wise.

As for Malaika’s other look for the IFFM opening night, celebrity stylist Tanya Ghavri dressed her in a red sindoori saree, sourced from Jayanti Reddy Couture. Featuring a pleated silhouette and an off-the-shoulder pallu, the saree made Malaika look like an absolute diva. To complete her look, she wore a statement blouse embellished with zari embroidery. Quarter-length sleeves and a plunging neckline perfectly balanced the sophistication and pizzazz factors.

To complete her look, she donned a choker, a multi-layered Kundan necklace, bangles, kadhas and earrings. Her golden eyeshadow, mascara-adorned lashes, winged eyeliner, berry-hued lipstick, blush-stained cheeks and a middle-parted bun perfected the look.
