Kylie Jenner is being sued by a former housekeeper who claims she was harassed while working at the reality star's home.
Angélica Hernández Vásquez claimed in court papers filed Friday that she was “treated with hostility and exclusion” by staff at Jenner's Los Angeles home. Vásquez said in the documents that he worked in the “toxic and abusive environment” from September 2024 to August 2025.
Vasquez, who describes herself in court documents as a “Salvadoran woman and practicing Catholic,” claimed she experienced “discrimination, harassment, and retaliation … because of her race, national origin, religion, and disability,” according to the lawsuit.
“This is exactly the type of conduct that the law is designed to stop, and we intend to do just that for our client,” Vasquez's attorney said in a statement to the independent.
Although Jenner, 28, is not mentioned by name for any alleged offensive behavior in the filing, she is listed as a defendant along with companies Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services. Jenner's representatives did not immediately return. the independentRequest for comments.
Vasquez alleges that while working at the mansion in Hidden Hills, she was harassed by her co-workers and the head housekeeper.
She claims in court documents that she “was routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks; she was excluded from the cleaning crew; she was publicly belittled and humiliated in front of her co-workers because of her race, national origin, and religion; and she was subjected to intimidation and degrading treatment.”
The complaint alleges that her coworkers snapped their fingers at her, made fun of her accent, forced her to complete other people's work, and treated her “as inferior due to her Salvadoran origin.”
She also claims that in March 2025, the conflict turned violent when a supervisor allegedly threw hangers at her feet while berating her.
Vásquez says he raised his concerns with kardashian Star and the two companies, but alleges that no “corrective action” was taken and that their complaints were “dismissed, mocked or ignored.”

In addition to the alleged harassment, Vásquez claims that in several cases, she was ordered to work at Jenner's boyfriend's house, likely referring to Timothée Chalamet's house in Beverly Hills, but was not reimbursed for expenses, including transportation.
She alleges that she suffered a “loss of wages” after complaining about the treatment of her co-workers, and that she “developed anxiety, severe stress, and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder” because of the conflict, leading her to take medical leave in July 2025.
Vásquez said he resigned the following month because “working conditions had become intolerable.”
She is seeking damages for unpaid wages, emotional distress and more.
