Khloe Kardashian has revealed she would have tried Ozempic if it had been available before her weight loss journey.

During the last episode of The KardashiansOn the network's talk show Fabletics, which aired on July 11, Kardashian spoke candidly about her fitness regimen while revealing her partnership with activewear brand Fabletics. In addition to speaking at a Fabletics event, she also revealed, in a confessional interview, that if she had the chance in the past, she would have tried Ozempic, a medication to treat type 2 diabetes that is now often used for weight loss.

“When I was older, if they had Ozempic, I probably would have tried it because I tried everything else,” she explained. “I tried every fad to lose weight except for what really works, which is a lifestyle change.”

Despite admitting that he would have used Ozempic in the past if he could, he clarified the purpose of his collaboration with Fabletics.

“So what I really want to do is promote health and not the number on the scale,” Kardashian continued. “I think people should be active. I don’t really care what your size is, you just need to be healthy and strong for yourself.”

During the Fabletics event, the Good American founder also told the crowd what her usual workout routine is.

“I do circuit training with cardio intervals. I’m always getting my heart rate up and down. For a shoot like that, where I know I’m going to be showing a lot of skin, I definitely push myself extra hard,” she said, referring to her Fabletics photo shoot. “And then I always celebrate with a whole large pizza, because that’s how it works.”

In 2023, she denied claims that she had undergone plastic surgery in the comments of her Instagram post, which included photos from her cover shoot with Sorbet Magazine

“I talk openly about my nose job and anyone who admires me should know that I have lost over 60 pounds over the years,” she responded to a deleted comment. “So recently the only change is the bangs. I didn’t know I had to make a bucket list.”

She then denied allegations that she had used Ozempic to lose weight, before reminding her followers of her rigorous workout routine. “Let’s not discredit my years of training. I get up five days a week at 6am to train. Please stop making assumptions,” she added. “I guess the new year still means bad people.”

In 2020, Kardashian also described how she lost 40 pounds with her intense workout routine, which included spinning classes and training exercises at the gym.

“I definitely think the physical and the mental go hand in hand,” he said. People at that moment. “I feel so good in the gym that [affects] the rest of my day. It’s a healthy addiction. It’s like buying your sanity!”
