The Princess of Wales surprised a young mother who had just completed her chemotherapy treatment during a visit to the hospital's cancer ward.
On Thursday (June 4), Princess Kate Middleton attended The Christie NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester, where she met Claire Lorente, 30, and her partner Pablo and their son Enzo, as they rang the doorbell.
He told Claire she had “done brilliantly”, while to Pablo he said: “Well done. It's just as difficult for family and loved ones.”
Last year, Kate revealed she was in remission after receiving chemotherapy treatment for an undisclosed form of cancer following her diagnosis in 2024.
