Kate Middleton's Uncle Gary Goldsmith Thinks Harry and Meghan Should Have Their Titles Stripped

Gary Goldsmith has attacked Meghan and Harry again, saying he believes they should be stripped of their royal titles.

Kate Middleton's uncle criticized the Duke and Duchess of Sussex after Fern Britton asked him if Prince William was “furious” about his brother's decision to step away from royal duties.

Carole Middleton's younger brother has caused a stir by making the controversial decision to appear on Celebrity Big Brother and has since spoken out about the royal family.

The 59-year-old businessman also admitted to never having met Meghan and said his chances of meeting Harry's wife were now slim due to her vocal critics.

He told presenter and contestant Fern on Wednesday night's show: “As they try to reshape the royal family, modernize it, I think [William has] He did an amazing job in that horrible situation, it seems like he's always had an olive branch for Harry to come back and be part of the gang.

“I really think they should take away their titles.”

He added that he supported Donald Trump and Boris Johnson when Fern Britten hoped David Cameron would return as the country's leader.

On Tuesday night, millionaire Goldsmith launched his first criticism of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. He first said that Harry couldn't “throw his family away,” referring to Spare's memoir of him, and “expect to be invited to spend Christmas.”

He then said that Meghan's entry into the family had brought an additional dynamic that “puts a damper on the spokes and creates a lot of drama.”

He also addressed the family's fortune on Wednesday's show, saying he and his sister Carole were multimillionaires before they were 30.

The uncle said: “We are from humble origins: dad was a painter and decorator, mom was an accounting clerk, so they worked hard.”

He went on to reveal that he felt “narco” when people said that Kate was ordinary and that there was nothing in common in their family.

Ekin-Su also asked Gary about his niece's whereabouts and expressed his desire to respect Kate's wish to maintain her privacy.

He said: “I spoke to his mother, he is receiving the best care in the world.

“She's amazing, she'll be back, of course she will.”
