A Cheez-It themed restaurant has opened its doors in upstate New York.
The brand has transformed the Dixon Roadside Diner in Woodstock, New York, into the “Cheez-In Diner,” a restaurant dedicated to the popular salty snack.

“Many fans have been suggesting where we should take the Cheez-It fun next, and we knew we needed to go the extra mile, literally, to do it again,” he continued.
“That's why this year we're heading east, offering this unique experience on the road with even more ways to enjoy our iconic cookies, solidifying our place as the snack of choice for fans across the country.”
The restaurant will serve delicious cookie-infused versions of American classics, including everything from cheeseburgers to milkshakes.
Fans can expect to find the Cheez-It Deluxe Shake, which consists of a vanilla shake with Cheez-It cookies mixed in, as well as a “caramel rim and crushed Cheez-It cookie and topped with whipped cream, sprinkles and chocolate sauce.” , garnished with a chocolate-dipped Cheez-It cookie.”
There will also be the Extra Cheezburger, which has a giant Cheez-It instead of a slice of cheese, and the Big Grilled Cheez, which will have a “crispy Cheez-It cookie crust.” As for sides, the restaurant offers French fries mixed with Cheez-It crackers and cookies with layers of cookies inside.
But that's not all, the restaurant will of course offer desserts such as the Sweet and Savory Cheezcacake, which has been described as a creamy cheesecake dessert with a pie crust consisting of Cheez-It cookies covered with caramel.
The restaurant will also contain reimaginings of restaurant staples, including a jukebox that only accepts Cheez-It cookies instead of coins, and Instagrammable vintage Cheez-It memorabilia that will line the walls. The decor will serve as a nod to the 1960s, channeling iconic Woodstock moments from that era, and will also feature a red Cheez-It convertible ready for selfies with fans.
There will also be a Cheez-It Taste-It station inside the restaurant that will have a variety of different Cheez-It flavors for fans to mix and match to make their own cracker mix to take home.
The Cheez-In Diner will reportedly be open from 4 to 9 pm ET. During the weekend through May 26, they will be open from 4 pm to 12 am ET.
