Bradley Cooper reveals he feels 'totally comfortable' walking around his house naked

Bradley Cooper has opened up about his family life.

The actor recently appeared in the latest episode of Armchair expert with Dax Shepard, where the two chatted about how comfortable they both felt walking around their homes naked.

Shepard was explaining her morning routine, mentioning that her two daughters, eight-year-old Delta and 10-year-old Lincoln, always end up in the bathroom during their “poppy time” and they both “don't care.” what he is doing.

“They can sit and talk to me like a foot away from me, and it's horrible in there,” Shepard said.

Then he asked the Teacher Star if the situation were similar to the one he could experience with his six-year-old daughter, Lea de Seine, with his then partner, the Russian model Irina Shayk. Cooper admitted that his daughter is always in the bathroom with him, but a lot of that has to do with the layout of the house and the lack of doors.

“My bedroom is the bathtub, the toilet and the bed are all in the same room. It’s 24/7, man,” he shared with a laugh. “There are no doors. … The stairs go up and it's a whole floor.”

He added: “We talk while I'm in the bathroom and she's in the bathtub, that's the option.”

Parents expressed confusion about why their children feel so comfortable being in the bathroom with them, given the unpleasant odors that can sometimes appear. Cooper thought that his children seeing him in the bathroom in general was strange because he never grew up doing that with his own father.

“This is the interesting thing,” Cooper said. “I didn't grow up that way. Absolutely. I don't think I ever saw my dad in the bathroom until he got sick. As always in my life.”

Although part of his upbringing was his father Charles, who died in 2011, he was “always naked,” which he said was a similarity between the two.

“Me too. And by the way, I was like that. Not with my mom but with my dad. My dad was always naked, he always showered with him,” he shared.

Shepard then asked if Cooper is “pretty comfortable naked.” He responded: “totally.”

During the podcast, Cooper also revealed that he initially wasn't sure if he “loved” his daughter.

“The first eight months… I don't even know if I really love the child,” she said. “It's dope. It's great. I'm watching this thing transform.”

“That's my experience,” Cooper continued. “Fascinated by it. I loved taking care of him. But would he die if someone came in with a gun?

Cooper went on to explain that he realized it a few months into his life, recalling that “suddenly, there's no doubt.”

“I'm not sure I'd be alive if I wasn't a father,” he continued. “I just needed someone to say, 'Let's drop this huge anchor.' I say: 'Why? We are accelerating! I just got an upgrade on the boat and I know where the wind is coming from. They say, 'No, no, no, a tsunami is coming and you need an anchor and we're going to drop it.'

“Because this will dictate everything you do from now on. Your DNA will tell you that there is something more important than you.”
