According to a post shared by Diet Sabya, an anonymous fashion account on Instagram, Alia opted for a “160-year-old woven Ashavali saree, crafted in Gujarat using pure silk and a royal zari border.” According to additional information provided by the site, this exquisite saree was crafted using pure silk and featured a royal zari border made using 99% pure silver and approximately 6 grams of real gold. The intricate design and luxurious materials reflected the art and tradition of Ashavali weaving, making it a true heirloom piece. This saree is part of Manish Malhotra’s prestigious collection of archival weaving, which showcases his dedication to preserving and celebrating India’s cultural heritage.

Alia looked absolutely ethereal in this six-yard of pure elegance; the fuchsia pink complemented her so well and matched her super relaxed style. She paired a beautiful gold sequined and hand-embroidered blouse with the sari; the sweetheart neckline of the blouse added a touch of modernity to this regal and vintage look.

As for accessories, the actress wore some stellar jewellery pieces created by Sunita Shekhawat. Sharing the news on the brand’s social media page, they wrote, “Alia adorns our signature Padmapriya necklace, earrings, tika and bangles. The collection is a beautiful celebration of the lotus flower as the central motif crafted using Champleve enamelling and Gulabi meenakari painting technique. The necklace set is handcrafted using 22 carat gold, radiant uncut diamonds, finest quality emeralds and South Sea pearls.”

Alia never likes to go overboard with her makeup and steal the spotlight from her outfits, and this time was no different. The structured brows added drama and the nude lip shade was dreamy and went well with the look. One can’t help but appreciate the eye makeup that exuded some pro-glam vibes.
