Recently, Alaya F tried to balance on a ball, but lost her balance and fell. Fortunately, she did not suffer any serious injuries, although she did feel some pain after the fall. Alaya F, a fitness enthusiast who advocates a healthy lifestyle, recently shared her diet and hydration tips for the summer with IANS. Stressing the importance of staying hydrated, Alaya revealed that she makes sure to consume a minimum of three litres of water a day. Her summer breakfast usually includes avocado toast with egg, accompanied by a small bowl of mangoes and a refreshing watermelon on the side.
Alaya stressed that water intake is “the most important part of my diet,” especially during the hot summer months. “I do most of my exercises without a fan or air conditioning, which makes me sweat a lot in the summer. So hydration is very important to me.”
To control her hydration and maximize its benefits, Alaya adds healthy ingredients to the water she drinks. “In the morning, while I exercise, I drink about 750 ml of water with cucumber, mint and lemon, and I also add my collagen powder,” she added.
