Ryan Gosling Talks About His Newfound Respect for Stuntmen After 'The Fall Guy'
Ryan Gosling talked about a shocking stunt he had to perform The scapegoat.
The 43-year-old actor said PEOPLE about his experience at the action comedy movie's premiere in Austin, Texas.
“They dropped me from 12 floors of a building and I am afraid of heights,” he revealed.
Ryan proudly shared a few more of his stunts, as he was adamant about executing a few himself.
“I would have loved to say that I didn't do any of my own stunts in this movie, but it was important to me to do some,” he said. Barbie The actor opened up.
He added: “It helped me understand exactly, on a small level, what [stunt workers] do every day.”
Previously, Ryan said Variety how Steven Spielberg praised the film and already made the project special to him.
“I saw him walking in my direction. I don't know Steven Spielberg. I thought there was no way he would come talk to me. I said?' and he says, “Yes, you.” I say, 'I'm sorry, I didn't think he'd come talk to me.' And I got up and he gave me a hug and said, 'I just watched Fall Guy and I loved it,'” she had shared.
Ryan added: “Steven Spielberg liked it. That was a historic moment for me. I'm really excited for people to see it. “I think it’s a really special film.”
