Queen Elizabeth II's harsh decision left Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on the brink of the abyss.
Her Majesty, who decided at the 2020 Sandringham Summit that Harry cannot remain halfway in the monarchy, has to make the serious decision to leave the United Kingdom.
The Queen's harsh decision left the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stranded and out of the system.
Royal author Phil Dampier explained: “The late Queen Elizabeth made it very clear to Harry that you couldn't be 'half in, half out' of the Royal Family.
“You couldn't do a few jobs here and there when it suited you and at the same time market what you did in the United States.”
Speaking about King Charles, the expert suggested: “I think the King would obviously like to have a reconciliation with his son at some point.
“Partly because he would like to see his grandchildren Archie and Lilibet more often. He has only seen them once or twice and that is a very tragic situation.
“But until he is much fitter and able to deal with situations that are not stressful for him, I don't think we will see much progress in that regard,” they said.
