Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are reportedly starting to feel more and more like their cousins, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, when it comes to being practically outcasts.
Royal commentator Tom Bower made these claims during one of his interviews with Mirror.
During that talk, the expert began by pointing out: “For William and Kate, an alliance between Harry and Meghan and Beatrice and Eugenie is a great concern.”
“They feel that Beatrice and Eugenie feel that, as virtual outcasts, they have a lot more in common with Harry and Megan than with any other part of the family.”
So “the situation is made worse by the fact that the royal's greatest asset, Kate herself, is effectively out of action as she continues her cancer treatment.”
For now, “the royals' concern is that after their tour of Nigeria, Harry and Meghan will take the lead, basking in the positive publicity, while Kate will be forced to remain in the background.”
For those who don't know, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle also made sure to stay in touch with the two princesses despite moving to the other side of the world.
And “Although Harry and Meghan have little sympathy for Prince Andrew, they have remained in regular contact with Beatrice and Eugenie, who have always been free of any association with Meghan's bitter and angry time in the United Kingdom.”
