Prince George, Prince William's eldest son and second in line to the British throne, will soon be separated from his family.
Young Wales, who fondly enjoys family trips with his mother Kate Middleton and siblings Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, would not be allowed to fly with his family.
On his 12th birthday, according to royal rule, George will trade planes with his parents and siblings.
Former King Charles pilot Graham Laurie tells OK! magazine.
“We flew as a foursome – the prince, the princess, Prince William and Prince Harry – until Prince William was 12. After that, he had to have a separate plane and we could only fly together as young children with written permission from Her Majesty. When William was 12, he normally flew on a 125 from Northolt and we flew on the 146 with the other three.”
