Keshia Knight Pulliam honor the late Malcolm-Jamal Warner

Keshia Knight Pulliam, who shared the screen with Malcolm-Jamal Warner in “The Cosby Show,” said the musical talents of the actor nominated for Emmy while breaking his silence in his death.

Pulliam on Sunday shared a Warner Instagram video playing the bass at the Warehouse of the city of Atlanta. She shared Warner's video, better known for her interpretation of Theodore Huxtable of Clean Court, a week after she drowned while swimming in the Caribbean in Costa Rica. He was 54 years old.

“A week ago I lost my older brother but won an angel,” Pulliam subtitled his video. He played Rudy Huxtable, the youngest of the children of the television family.

“I love you … I miss you,” he added, before referring to the other hextable children. “We have our girls.”

The “House of Payne” Pulliam star, 46, is the last “Cosby Show” star to cry Warner. As the news of the death of the actor-Music last week, the co-star, including Bill Cosby, Geoffrey Owens and Raven-Symoné, paid tribute. Cosby told CBS News last week, he and co -star Phylicia Rashad were “hugging on the phone” when they found out about Warner's death.

“He was never afraid to go to his room and study. He knew his lines and that he was quite comfortable even with the growing pains of being a teenager,” Cosby said about Warner.

Owens, who appeared as Warner's brother -in -law, Elvin Tibideaux, said in a statement shared with the deadline that the death of his co -star had left him speechless. “Malcolm was a lovely man; a sweet and sensitive soul. I respected him for many reasons, including the fact that he really loved the act of creation,” he said.

Warner, also a television director and Grammy winning musician, was on vacation with his family at the time of his death. He was swimming when a current put him more in the ocean.

The Red Cross in Costa Rica confirmed to the Times last week that their first to respond also attended to another man in the same drowning incident that demanded Warner's life. The patient, whose identity was not revealed, survived. The first to answer found Warner without vital signs, and took him to the morgue.

As the news of his death was extended last week, his Hollywood companions, including Morris Chestnut, Tracee Ellis Ross, Viola Davis and Niety Nash, also paid tribute to social networks. Beyoncé honored the actor, briefly updating his website to include a tribute to the television star.

Pulliam also thanked fans on Sunday for their support while crying. “Thank you for each text message, called and all the love you have sent me,” he said in an Instagram story. “I just needed a moment.”

City Winery in Atlanta, the Pulliam video place, will organize an event in Warner honor on Wednesday. “This tribute is our community offer to say: Thank you. For the way it gave, for the work it created, for the bridges that built between television, poetry, music and love,” says the website of the event. According to the site, all profits will go to Warner's family. His wife and daughter survive.
