Kensington Palace makes big announcement about Kate Middleton's return to royal duties

Kensington Palace has made a major announcement amid Kate Middleton's plans to return to royal duties soon as she continues her cancer treatment.

According to a report by the Daily Mail, Kate Middleton and Prince William are stepping up their PR operations at Kensington Palace, in a sign that the Princess of Wales could be preparing to take on more royal duties soon.

Kate Middleton, in her latest statement, has also hinted at her return to royal duties.

The future queen shared her personal message on social media with a major hint of her return to royal duties.

Welcoming Dwayne Fields as the UK's new Chief Scout, Kate Middleton said: “I'm looking forward to working with you! C.”

Now that Kate Middleton has returned from her summer break at Balmoral, she and Prince William are hiring a new senior communications officer, who will help them work in the UK as well as on their overseas tours.

Kensington Palace has advertised the job, which will be based at the Palace in central London, saying Kate and William are “open to discussing flexible working at the interview stage”.

The job advert says: “This position will be part of a multidisciplinary team working together to communicate the work of the Prince and Princess.

“The successful candidate will lead the communication plans for Their Royal Highnesses’ engagements and support the implementation of communication strategies to promote their key projects.”
