Kate Middleton's uncle 'begs' people to 'give him space'

Kate Middleton's uncle, Gary Goldsmith, asks for privacy for his niece.

Speaking to the Mirror this week, Gary, who is currently in the Celebrity Big Brother House, says the Princess of Wales deserves the right to her space.

Gary said, “I think they should leave her alone right now because there's a reason they're [family] They don't talk about it and they are giving it a little space. I just think it's fundamentally wrong and if it were happening to anyone else, they would think about giving him some space. But because Kate is Kate and does such incredible work, there is always interest in her.

He then continued: “She is the number one royal for a reason and I just beg people to give her some space. I think they are changing the dynamic and focusing on family. They have a duty and it is a privilege.” . “You have the roles that they have, but it's family first. You have to take care of yourself. You put on your own oxygen mask before you take care of others. Kate, get well, I love you and when you're ready, we.” I'll see you again. That's what we do to anyone else, why not to her?

The statement comes a month after Kensington Palace announced Kate's abdominal surgery.
